Through photography, I am able to create an image that tells a story without saying a single word.

This is an image I captured of President Barack Obama at the Inauguration of President Donald J. Trump on January 20, 2017 at the Capitol Building in Washington DC. As I recall, the weather was less than ideal with dark rain clouds moving over the Capitol building at the moment Trump was sworn in as the 45th president of the United States.

In this image, you can see President Obama bowing his head. A prayerful almost somber pose, one which I witnessed he was in many times throughout the event, not just during an actual prayer.
